Three options, whichever you prefer:

1. the "Withdraw from contract here" button above, without creating an account;
2. an email to hello@bangbangcosmetics.com with your name and order number;
3. the withdrawal form appended to our Terms of Sale.

With the button, you immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with the content, date and time of your request.

We cancel the order and refund the full amount paid, delivery included, within 14 days of your request at the latest, using the same means of payment.

Returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label. You have 14 days from your withdrawal request to drop off your parcel: the return address is on the label.

An opened product can be returned. Only use beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning may lead to a depreciation, assessed case by case.

We refund you within 14 days of your request at the latest, including the initial delivery costs up to the standard delivery rate. We may wait until we receive the parcel or proof that it has been dropped off.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products delivered with an appropriate seal, unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This exception only covers products that meet these conditions and are indicated as such before purchase.

Email us at hello@bangbangcosmetics.com with your order number and the problem. A photo helps us move faster, but it isn't required.

These products are covered by the legal guarantees, independently of the right of withdrawal: bringing them into conformity, usually by replacement, is free for you, return included. Failing that, you can obtain a price reduction or a refund, under the conditions provided by law.
