Cancellation and right of withdrawal
For orders delivered to a country in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless legally exempted. This page explains how to exercise this right at BANG BANG COSMETICS.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in three ways:
- From your customer account: Log in, open the relevant order, then click on "Request a cancellation or return."
- Via the link at the bottom of the site: "Cancellation and right of withdrawal" in the footer.
- By e-mail: Contact our customer service via the contact page, providing your order number and name.
A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after your request.
My order has not been shipped yet
If your order has not yet been processed, your request will result in the cancellation of the order and a refund of the amount paid, according to the payment method used.
The refund period depends on your bank or payment method (generally 3 to 14 business days).
My order has already been shipped or delivered
If your order has already been shipped, your request will be processed as a return request. You will receive instructions by email on how to return your package.
Products must be new, unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Tracked shipping is highly recommended.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your return.
Exceptions — unsealed beauty products
In accordance with regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (unsealed make-up and care products).
For a product damaged or defective upon receipt, contact our customer service within 7 days with a photo: an exchange or a refund may be offered.
