How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

How to use your lip products (glosses & matte lipsticks)?
Pour le gloss, appliquez directement avec l’applicateur : une couche pour un rendu naturel, plusieurs passages pour plus d’intensité ; il peut se porter seul ou par-dessus un crayon/rouge à lèvres (astuce : tapoter au centre pour un effet volume). Pour les rouges à lèvres mats, hydratez d’abord vos lèvres, puis appliquez du centre vers l’extérieur pour une forme nette (pinceau possible).
How to apply your eye products (mascara, eyeliner, pencil, palettes)?

Mascara: Brush horizontally, zigzag motion from base to tip (2nd coat if needed). Eyeliner: Draw a thin line along the upper lash line, from the inner corner outwards (extend for a cat-eye). Pencil: Use it along the lash line or around the lips to prolong wear. Eyeshadow palette: Light base all over the eyelid, darker shade in the crease, a light shade in the inner corner, then blend.

What are your processing and delivery times, and where do you deliver?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) and are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. We currently deliver to France and Europe.
Is delivery free? Do you offer delivery to a collection point?
Delivery charges vary depending on the destination and order amount, and delivery is free for orders over €50 in France. Delivery to a collection point is currently only available in France.
How can I track my order and what should I do if there's a problem with my package?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email (please check your spam folder). You can also find it by logging into your customer account using the email address you used for the purchase. If your package is not received or is damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days; if a package is declared lost, a refund or replacement may be issued.
What payment methods do you accept and when will I be charged?

Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay is accepted. Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.

We also accept payment in installments with Klarna.

You will be charged as soon as the order is confirmed.

What is your policy for returns, exchanges and refunds?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, but this does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons (e.g., makeup/skincare). If the right of withdrawal applies, the returned item must be new and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are your responsibility, and tracked shipping is recommended (no claims will be accepted without tracking). For damaged/defective products, contact customer service within 7 days with a photo: an exchange or refund may be offered.
