• Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the order amount.
• Free shipping on all orders over €50 in France.

3. Delivery Methods and Times
• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days.

4. Delivery Areas
• Bang Bang currently ships to France and Europe.
• We do not offer delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses
(APO/FPO).

5. Order Tracking
• As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email,
allowing you to track your package in real time.

6. Delivery Issues
• In case of a delivery problem (package not received, damaged, etc.), please
contact us within 7 days at the following email address:
contact@bangbangcosmetics.com. For any package declared lost, we will
take the necessary steps to refund or replace the products.

7. Taxes and Customs Duties
• For international orders, taxes and customs duties
may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

8. Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, except in the following cases:
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We will ask you for a photo of the product in question to verify the defect.
