Our products are designed to combine makeup + skincare in a single step ("2-in-1"). We feature vegan, cruelty-free, natural, and French-made formulas, to help you achieve a stunning look that respects your skin.
What is nigella and why is it at the heart of your products?
Nigella is our signature ingredient: it is nourishing, protective and regenerating thanks to its richness in essential fatty acids (omega 3/6) and active compounds. Click here to learn more about nigella.
Where can I find the complete list of ingredients (INCI)?
On each product page, an "Ingredients" tab displays the full INCI list (often by shade/variant). This is the most reliable reference for checking a product's composition before purchase.
How to use your lip products (gloss & matte lipsticks)?
How to apply your eye makeup products (mascara, eyeliner, pencil, palettes)?
Mascara: horizontal brush, zigzag motion from base to tip (2nd coat if needed). Eyeliner: draw a thin line along the upper lash line, from the inner corner outwards (extend for a "cat-eye"). Pencil: use it along the lash line or to outline the lips for longer wear. Eyeshadow palette: light base over the entire lid, darker in the crease, bright shade in the inner corner, then blend.
What are your processing and delivery times, and where do you deliver?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. We currently deliver to France and Europe.
Is delivery free? Do you offer delivery to a collection point?
Delivery fees vary by destination and amount, and delivery is free for orders over €50 in France. Pick-up point delivery is currently only available in France.
How can I track my order and what should I do if there's a problem with my package?
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email (check your SPAM folder). You can also find it by logging into your customer account with the email address used for the purchase. In case of a package not received or damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days; if a package is declared lost, a refund or replacement can be arranged.
What payment methods do you accept and when am I charged?
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment must be made in full before products are shipped.
We also accept payments in installments with Klarna.
You will be debited as soon as the order is confirmed.
What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt, but this does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene/health reasons (e.g. make-up/skincare). If the right of withdrawal applies, the returned item must be new, in its original packaging; return shipping costs are at your expense, and tracked shipping is recommended (without tracking, no claim will be accepted). For a damaged/defective product, please contact customer service within 7 days with a photo: an exchange or refund may be offered.
